Dale I. Bush, 71, formally of Lisbon, died, November 19, 2011, at his home, Allen-Nichols Funeral Home, Ogdensburg, entrusted with arrangements. Calling hours will be Tuesday, November 22, 2 -4 and 7- 9 PM, the funeral service will be at 10:00 am, Wednesday, November 23, at the funeral home, Senior Pastor Zack Working of the Morley Wesleyan Church officiating, burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. Dale is survived by, his wife, Charlotte Bush, Whitesboro, son, Ron and Helen Bush, Lisbon, daughter, Evelyn Rafter and companion Lawrence Brabant, Whitesboro, sisters, Joyce and Dick Rowen, Morley, Joy Beaulieu, Ogdensburg, Lillian Cummings, Lisbon, grandsons, Cpl. Deven Rafter and Troy Brabant, brother in law, Dale McDonald, Canton, two step grand children, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters, Hazel Medearis, Mary Bush and Theresa McDonald. Dale was born February 13, 1940 in Ogdensburg, the son of Lewis John and Anna Hurst Bush. On July 8, 1966 he married Charlotte Perkins at the Morley Wesleyan Church. Dale was the owner/ operator of Dale Bush and Son Trash Removal in Lisbon, from 1996 until his retirement in 2002. He loved spending time with his family and friends, camping at Happy Hollow Campground, woodworking, playing cards and he loved his dog Minnie.
