Lynn Denner

Lynn A. Denner, 63 of Canton, died January 24, at his home, Allen-Nichols Funeral Home, Ogdensburg, in care of arrangements. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home, January 27, 1:00 p.m., Reverend William Hart officiating.

Lynn is survived by his wife, Anne of Ogdensburg; daughters Kim (Harold) Piercey, Morristown, Shelly Denner, DeKalb Junction, and Kristy (Brad) Thornton, Canton; brothers, Robert (Sylvia) Denner, Ogdensburg, Douglas (Dale) Denner, Hamlin, Raymond (Linda), Grove City, OH, and Bruce (Patty) Denner of Ogdensburg; grandchildren Gaven, Hadleigh, and Lainey Thornton, Mark and Dustin Gilbert, Trevor Rolfe, Taylor, Garrett, and Carly Piercey; and several nieces and nephews.

He was born April 25, 1947 in Ogdensburg, the child of Archie and Shirley Denny Denner. He graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy. He was in the Army, 1966 – 1969. He was a fork lift operator for Schermerhorn Landing. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, feeding and watching birds. Contributions can be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley.
