Funeral arrangements for Terrie Joy Umber Rice, 87, of Crary Mills are incomplete at this time but remain under the direction of LaRue & Pitcher Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.

Mrs. Rice died on Sunday, May 26, 2019, at her home following a long illness, surrounded by her family and under the care of Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley.
